'The Land of Steady Habits' is somewhat tragic film that kicks off with the antagonist sufferinG from an existential crisis. After throwing his life away to start over, he attempts to navigate his new lifestyle, leaving behind his son and wife and making questionable decisions along the way. With his decisions having lasting effects on his family and those around him, we see each of them attempt to make sense of what their lives have become since their worlds were turned upside down.
